Digitalisierung in der Bildung

Welcome to the Digital Education working group!

In the area of Digital Education we are concerned with the implications, processes and outcomes of Education with digital technologies as well as growing up in a mediatized society. In our field, we integrate the interdisciplinary perspectives of Education Science, (Educational) Psychology, (Media) Pedagogy and Sociology.

Our research projects are related to topics such as the development of digital literacy, computer-supported collaborative learning, digital learning environments and educational implications for processes of digital transformation.

In our seminars, we offer a variety of themes including empirical research methods, research workshops, teaching and learning with digital technologies, media pedagogy and the reciprocity of using digital technologies and societal transformation of education.
