Recognition
- Recognition of foreign teacher training degrees
Have you already completed a teacher training degree and want to work at a school in Hamburg or in another federal state in Germany? You should first contact the Ministry of School and Vocational Education (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung, BSB) to determine, if your professional qualifications are adequate to work in a German school.
- Adaptation course for teachers from other countries

The adaptation course is designed to enable trained teachers to acquire any missing educational components needed to teach at a school in Hamburg or elsewhere in Germany.
