Call for Applications: WERA Visiting Researcher Award

We are pleased to announce the call for applications for the 2025 WERA Visiting Researcher Award! This award is a collaborative initiative by the World Education Research Association (WERA), the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA), and our Research Centre Literacy in Diversity Settings (LiDS).

The WERA Visiting Researcher Award provides an excellent opportunity for visiting researchers to develop their own research projects while receiving personalized support from experts in various fields related to international large-scale assessments, with a particular focus on diversity in education. Awardees will have privileged access to valuable data and resources, specifically from the University of Hamburg, which includes insights into linguistic diversity and questions of multilingual development from a longitudinal perspective, as featured in the MEZ-Study.
