At the start of our DFG project CoDiPro (more information here), in which we will investigate language processing of DGS and bilingual co-activation in reading via EEG studies, we warmly welcome Janika Stille and Anne Wienholz, who are now working in this colllaborative DFG project. Anne Wienholz will be a postdoctoral fellow in the Faculty of Humanities in the EGS lab at IDGS conducting various studies with adult signers and learners, and Janika Stille joins the Faculty of Education as a doctoral student and will be collecting and analyzing data from deaf children as part of the project.
The two project leaders Barbara Hänel-Faulhaber and Annika Herrmann are looking forward to the collaboration and are excited about new insights in the field of language acquisition and reading processing and thus multilingualism, linguistic diversity and literacies.
