Yi Shen has been working in international education for K12 students with multicultural background for more than 15 years, focusing on experiential learning, linguistics and constructive teaching.

Coordinator of Diploma Programs in International Baccalaureate (IB), member of founders of one IB school, educator and workshop leader in bilingual and multilingual teaching and learning for IB international teachers in Asia Pacific region, member of IB Educator Network and Professional Development Program. Her research interest is multilingual teaching and learning and the maintenance of the heritage language.
