MEZ: 16 859 student texts are now available for research!

In the study Mehrsprachigkeit im Zeitverlauf (Multilingual Development: A Longitudinal Perspective), 16,859 texts were composed by participating students. These are now available to researchers for further analyses!
The MEZ corpus comprises texts written by students in German, English, French, Russian and Turkish. The texts were handwritten in a group context. They are available both in the form of digitised images and in a transcribed form true to the original.

If you are interested in the corpus, you can apply for access here! In addition to the corpus, you will find extensive background data that can be linked to the language data here.
