It has been a pleasure to welcome visiting researcher Mafalda Leal Campos to kick off the LiDS Lunch-Lecture on November 1st, 2023. In her lecture "Who I am and where I come from: Socio-affective components in ethnic-racial minority and immigrant students and the role of language and literacy", the winner of the WERA Visiting Researcher Award 2023 discussed the relation between socio-affective patterns in minority students and literacy learning.
