With the start of the semester, we are delighted to resume the LiDS Lunch Lectures!

On 11 November 2024, the LiDS Research Centre invites you to an exciting lecture by Prof. Dr. Yufang Ruan. In her lecture, Prof Dr Yufang Ruan will shed light on the impact of children’s home literacy activities on their school readiness and reading achievement. Prof Dr Yufang Ruan is a professor at the College of Education at Zhejiang University (China) and works as a consultant for early childhood care and education at UNESCO. She is currently a WERA Visiting Researcher at LiDS and at the IEA in Hamburg in October and November 2024.

The lecture will take place on 11 November 2024 from 12:15 to 13:45 in Alsterterasse 1, Room 542.
